May Favourites

Hiiiieeee darlings!
Today I'm bringing you my first monthly favourites. Ever since my Leaving Cert finished last friday I've had more free time. It's hard to adjust to the fact that I'm never setting foot in secondary school again *shudders*.  Then again that means more new adventures for me to take. I'll be flying to Berlin tomorrow and I have some last minute packing to do *as you do* but that'll mean some kick ass blog posts coming up of my travel adventures. Lets get started with the favourites before I go into an endless conversation with my blog post!

1st favourite

Jeffree Star Velour Liquid Lipsticks
*drools* The liquid lipstick craze has been a big scene in the beauty world of 2015. By far these are the best liquid lipsticks I have ever tried. Jeffree Star has always been an influence to me ever since my scene kid days, Undeniably his makeup is on fleeek! These lipsticks are very easy to work with but they work even better if you use a lip liner underneath. Just to prevent feathering problems *know what I mean?* Be sure to exfoliate your lips before using these lipsticks because these babies dry matte. They are $18 each and are definitely worth the price for the quality of the products. You can purchase them on http://jeffreestarcosmetics.com

2nd favourite
Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow and Eyebrow Pencil
If you want some really amazing looking brows hit your girl Anastasia up to do the job! These products by far have been my holy grail *cue the choir singing*. My favourite thing about this brand is that they have an array of shades for whatever colour eyebrows you have. Unlike most makeup brands have only 3 major shades for eyebrows. *ridiculous*. Whenever I use these products without a doubt I'm always getting complimented on how my eyebrows look. I would recommend dipbrow for someone who has a lot of patience to do their makeup. Personally I use dip brow the most to make my eyebrows look more clean and cut. On my lazy days and I'm not bothered to be all dolled up the eyebrow pencil calls my name. Overall these products have lasted me forever and I would highly recommend them for all my dolls *wink wink*

3rd favourite

Mac Select Cover Up Concealer and Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation
These two combined work together in harmony like Sonny and Cher! Estee Lauder is a brand that I wouldn't normally gravitate towards. While I was on the hunt for a good coverage foundation for oily/combination skin this was definitely praised by many bloggers like emilynoel83 on youtube. Mac Select Cover up concealer are one of those concealers that you see but don't bother looking into because Pro Longwear is the most hyped up concealer. *yeah* This concealer is lighter than Pro Longwear and it doesn't feel so cakey around the under eye area. This concealer is perfect for me because this summer climate is making my face melt off. However I do find that these two combined look flawless when blended out with a Beauty Blender or the Real Techniques beauty sponge. But do beware sometimes Double Wear can feel too much on the face. A tiny amount definitely goes a long way with these two.

4th favourite
Crown Brushes
*Kneels down and praises this beautiful bundle* It has taken me forever to find a website that has decent shipping costs and good quality brushes. If you're poor like me we can't be buyin' $200 brushes *ehh hmm sigma brushes* I am LIVING for these red handles. The hairs on the brush vary from natural hairs to synthetic hairs. They are really soft on the face and are just a dream to work with. You can purchase these on https://www.crownbrush.ie You will not be disappointed.

5th favourite

King Of The Hill
This television show used to be on MTV and I can honestly remember watching it as a kid and being like *I don't understand what's going on*. Watching it again and only now I realise how funny this show really is. This was the bees knees on MTV alongside Daria, Beavis and Butthead and Ren and Stimpy. The good ol' days when the television wasn't infested with the crap that's on TV now. This show is great to binge watch, never fails to make me laugh.

Well that's all my favourites for this month and I have to get back packing.

  1. Love it Bae! I'm really debating whether I should splurge on the Dip Brow Pomade since everyone's been raving about it and I'm starting to accept that my eyebrow game is getting stronger. Your taste in makeup is so en pointe and I can't believe King of the Hill is still a thing! Haha, Daria will forever be my spirit animal <3
